4. Course Enrollment and Fees

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start date
• Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before course start
• No Refund: No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before course start or after course begins
• Course Transfer: Students may transfer to another course session subject to availability and administrative fees

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student of EconosBacc, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assigned homework and participate actively in class activities
• Respect other students, instructors, and staff
• Follow all classroom rules and academic policies
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information
• Use our facilities and resources responsibly

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students with attendance below 80% may be dismissed from the course without refund.

Academic Progress

Students are expected to make satisfactory academic progress. We provide regular assessments and feedback to support your learning goals.

Certificates and Completion

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who:

• Maintain minimum 80% attendance
• Complete all required assessments
• Demonstrate satisfactory academic progress

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized recording of classes or sharing of course materials

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, presentations, and online content, are protected by copyright and remain the property of EconosBacc or our licensed content providers.

Students may use course materials for personal educational purposes only and may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials without permission
• Share login credentials for online platforms
• Record or photograph classes without consent
• Use materials for commercial purposes

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

• Non-payment of fees

Informal Resolution

We encourage students to first attempt to resolve any disputes through direct communication with our student services team.

Formal Complaints
